Newsletter Sign-Up
If you choose to receive our semi-regular newsletter, the only information we need is your email address.

This is information is maintained by our newsletter vendor, GetResponse. This information is maintained in a private database and only used to send those newsletters.

Each newsletter provides an option to stop delivery of the messages.

If you choose to no longer receive the newsletter, your email address is deleted from the private database.
Email Correspondence
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.

We have links to X (Twitter) on our web site. This service provide social buttons and similar features for web sites to use such as the “Like” and “Tweet” buttons.

We embed the code that they provide for this functionality and we do not control ourselves. To function, their buttons generally know if you are logged in.
