Hey everyone, mark your calendars for this Sunday, July 12. The Greater Atlanta Coin Shows monthly show will be at the Holiday Inn Select on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. (Visit atlcoin.com for specific directions if you haven’t been to this bourse yet.) The show opens at 9am for guests and closes at 5pm. Caution! Several dealers have long drives or other plans and leave the show before 5. You will find some dealers if you come at 4:30, but to have a more productive visit, try to come to the show earlier in the day.
Based on the calls from dealers wanting tables, the July show will be a resounding success with lots of variety to buy or trade, and if you want to sell coins or precious metals, there will certainly be dealers who will work with you. You are welcome to visit, and admission is free.
Many dealers will be set up, and you can browse the collectible and investment coins and currency they offer. Remember, many of these dealers travel to other shows and have different merchandise from month to month.
You can find gold and silver bullion, plus some dealers will have platinum in their cases. There will be unique collectible sets, rare circulated coins, ancient coins and US Mint issued coins including proof and mint sets available on the bourse floor.
